BesTCG Expo is hosted at the H-E-B University Center, 1 UTSA Circle, San Antonio, TX 78249. The venue is on the main UTSA campus and is fully accessible.

Doors open to the public at 10:00 AM and the event runs until 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving early for the best selection of cards and collectibles. Grab a boba tea from BesTea TCG Exchange and start exploring!

Yes! Parking is free outside Ximenes Garage at UTSA during event hours.

You'll find a wide variety of trading cards and collectibles including Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Riftbound, Lorcana, Sports Cards (baseball, basketball, football), vintage wax, graded slabs, accessories, and more.

We recommend bringing:

• Cash and/or cards for purchases and trades
• Cards or collectibles you'd like to trade or sell
• Binders or card protection for your collection
• A bag or backpack for your haul
• A positive attitude and excitement to connect with the community!

As an attendee, you are expected to:

• Trade and interact respectfully with vendors and fellow attendees
• Refrain from harassment of any kind - this event is for everyone
• Never attempt to buy, sell, or trade counterfeit cards or items
• Follow instructions from BesTCG Expo staff at all times
• Keep walkways clear and maintain cleanliness in the venue
• Handle all merchandise carefully at vendor tables

Photography and video are generally permitted for personal and social media use. Always ask permission before photographing individuals, vendor inventory, or staged displays. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from BesTCG Expo staff. By attending the event, you may appear in event photography shared on our social media.

Absolutely! BesTCG Expo is a family-friendly event welcoming collectors of all ages. Kids, parents, and experienced collectors alike will find something to enjoy.

Lost and found items are collected at the event check-in desk. If you lose an item, please check with staff as soon as possible. BesTCG Expo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We strongly encourage attendees to keep personal belongings secured at all times.

Yes. The H-E-B University Center is a modern, fully accessible facility with elevators, accessible restrooms, and wide walkways. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us at Bestcgexpo@gmail.com ahead of the event.
